Mango and Oat Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup dried, chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Scoop out a spoonful of mixture and form into a ball.
  3. Roll each bite in crushed, toasted almonds.
  4. Enjoy!
