You’ll receive hands-on instruction in my home or yours. You pick the venue and together we will decide on your goals for the class, including basic prep, cooking techniques, menu of your choice, healthy meals that are affordable and quick clean up.

Simply wonderful weeknight dinners

This class will highlight easy healthy meals that are ready in 30 minutes or less. The recipes will range from make ahead meals to fast, easy, and healthy preparations.

Learn new simple dishes that will spice up your stagnant menu. There’s nothing like a beautiful sauce to compliment your dish or a tasty fresh roasted vegetable that provides necessary nutrients as a side dish.

You will learn the importance of humanely raised meats, and take home recipes and a newfound knowledge of how different ingredients effect your body.


Young Chefs (Ages 9-14)

Would you like your children to develop healthy habits while they’re young? Don’t let the food industry hijack your taste buds any longer. You can train their pallet while they’re young.

The benefits of eating healthy are many including; improved focus at school, minimizing the risk of obesity and chronic disease later in life.

We will make vegetables taste yummy!

We will explore simple recipes like… chicken quesadillas, fruit salad, smoothies, granola, kale chips and muffins.
