About Us
My Whole Kitchen exists to educate, empower, and inspire others to take their health into their own hands through whole foods.

Founded by Kristen Gayman, a mom, chef, and holistic health coach, My Whole Kitchen grew from a personal transformation so profound it became impossible not to share. What started as a love for cooking evolved into a passion for teaching others how food can change the way they feel, think, and live.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help people understand why food matters and how to use it as a tool for better health.

We believe true change happens when people are educated, supported, and confident enough to nourish themselves and their families. Our goal is not to create dependence on prepared meals, but to give you the knowledge and skills to create change in your own kitchen, in your own life.

Whether you start with a class, a detox, coaching, or a meal, our hope is that you leave feeling informed, inspired, and capable of creating nourishing food on your own.

My Whole Kitchen is here to teach, guide, and support you every step of the way.

Meet Kristen
Kristen’s journey began like many others, juggling motherhood, work, and the constant feeling that something was off. Digestive issues, inflammation, low energy, and frustration became part of daily life. Instead of accepting this as normal, she started asking questions.

Through culinary training, holistic nutrition education, and hands-on experimentation, Kristen experienced firsthand how eliminating ultra-processed foods, seed oils, and inflammatory ingredients while focusing on whole, intentional cooking could completely shift health from the inside out.

The change was so impactful that My Whole Kitchen was born, not as a meal service, but as a way to teach others what was possible.

What We Do
Education is our foundation. We empower individuals through:

-
Demonstrative cooking classes and workshops
-
Seasonal programs and guided detoxes
-
Community events and collaboration
-
Nutrition education, health coaching, and meal planning
-
Simple, realistic strategies for everyday life
-
Teaching intentional, mindful choices for a healthier lifestyle

Our goal is to meet people where they are and give them tools they can actually use.
Basically...
Food is information for the body. Ingredients matter. Cooking is a life skill, not a luxury. Health should feel empowering, not restrictive. Small, consistent changes create lasting transformation.

We don't follow trends or extremes. We focus on sustainability, balance, and education that lasts beyond a program or class.

What Makes Us
Different
This is not about perfection, it's about understanding your food, trusting your body, and feeling confident enough to make choices that support your health long-term.

Everything we offer is rooted in real life, real families, and real kitchens.

Frequently
Asked
Questions
What makes My Whole Kitchen different from a typical take-out meal service?
Our meals are made fresh from scratch with real, whole ingredients that are 100% gluten-free, seed oil-free, and organic. We source locally when possible and never use fillers, emulsifiers, or any preservatives, so you get food that truly nourishes your body.
What if I have specific allergies or dietary restrictions?
No problem! All of our meals are gluten free, and each week we include a vegan, vegetarian, chicken/beef, and fish option on our menu. We frequently accommodate special requests to meals.
Is it more expensive to eat healthfully?
We are within $3 to $4 of most meal prep services. Many restaurants and food services rely on lower-quality ingredients because they're cheaper. We choose to invest in better ingredients and thoughtful preparation so the food truly supports your health and tastes as good as it feels.
Do I need cooking experience to join a class?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a kitchen newbie or a seasoned cook, we guide you every step of the way so you leave confident and inspired.
