How It Works:
You'll attend 3 classes over the course of 10 days to prepare meals and snacks at our Kitchen. Classes will cover meal prep for lunches, dinners, and snacks for 10 days, plus an extra 50+ detox friendly recipes to make on your own.
Classes cover how to pinpoint what's causing your inflammation, how to make healthier swaps, and group accountability. You will be part of a daily text group where we check in, share how we're feeling, and give each other motivation to keep going.
