My Whole Kitchen is a modern, welcoming space where food, learning, and connection come together. All of our classes are taught by Kristen in a demonstrative style- engaging, approachable, and designed to give you practical tools for healthier living. We offer curated cooking classes, as well as fully customizable private events. From one-on-one coaching to kids’ birthday parties, from intimate gatherings to large group celebrations, we create experiences that bring people together around nourishing, gluten-free food. Whether you’re looking to learn, celebrate, or simply connect, we’ll tailor the event to make it memorable.

what to expect

We call them Culinary Workshops because they're designed to be more than just a class, they're an experience. Instead of cooking along, you get to fully immerse yourself in the process: watching, asking questions, and learning step-by-step as Chef Kristen shares her techniques, tips, and stories behind each dish. It’s a chance to slow down, absorb, and truly connect with the food and the intention behind it. You’ll leave with a full packet of recipes, pantry staples, and shopping lists to recreate everything at home with confidence.

Gather Around the Kitchen

On class day, Kristen leads in a demonstrative style- teaching, guiding, and sharing tips throughout the cooking process while you relax, taste, and learn. You'll leave with a custom class cookbook, a pantry staples guide, and tips & tricks to bring nourishment into your own kitchen.

Taste the Difference

Each class includes a seven-course meal designed to nourish and delight. Starting with a soup, salad, two entrées, two sides, and ending with dessert. While alcohol isn’t provided, you’re welcome to bring your own bottled drinks to enjoy with your meal. Every dish is 100% gluten-free, organic, and sourced as locally as possible. We partner with nearby farmers, markets, and small businesses to bring the absolute best to your table. You’ll leave feeling satisfied and energized (not weighed down), because our food is made to fuel your body with clean, wholesome ingredients.

Beyond the Table
