Are you tired of living with constant inflammation and feeling like your body is working against you? Do you want to take control of your health and improve your quality of life? Then the Reclaim Your Health Program is PERFECT for you.

We are starting this as a group and create a group text where we can share ideas, recipes, concerns and successes. It’s a known fact that when a person witnesses other individuals making positive changes, it can empower them to face their own obstacles and strive for change. Also, when you make a commitment toward a goal in front of the group you feel a greater sense of responsibility to follow through.


Join Kristen Gayman's transformative 10 day program and experience the power of holistic culinary health and wellness coaching. As a dedicated expert in autoimmune disorders, Kristen will guide you through a combination of education, coaching, and hands-on cooking classes to help you eliminate inflammation and restore your body's natural balance.


Throughout the program, you'll learn about the impact of inflammation on your body and how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle to reduce inflammation and restore balance. You will learn how to prepare delicious, anti-inflammatory meals.


By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge and tools you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue your journey toward optimal health.

Getting started

You may want to start preparing by eliminating items on the “what you will be eliminating” list. For example, you may want to start cutting down on caffeine. If you’re a coffee drinker, switch to decaffeinated green tea. Try to cut down on the amount of gluten you are eating and switch from bread to a gf tortilla. Instead of pasta choose spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles. Instead of cow’s milk choose almond milk. These are things we will be talking about as a group prior to starting the detox.


You can go about this 3 different ways….

  1. I provide lunch and dinner including the approved snacks you are allowed to eat during the detox. I will send a few smoothie recipes for breakfast or you can simply make an egg.

  2. Meal prep class. There will be 3 different classes in the 10 days where we prepare meals and snacks for the following 3 days.

  3. A combination of both. You can join all 3 nights of cooking, which will aid you in learning how to prepare these detox meals so you can duplicate the process in your own kitchen. You can have me prepare all of your meals and pick up in the kitchen or a combination of both,


Price for the detox:

$600   10 Day Program.... broken down into 3 Different cooking classes

$200 / cooking class

         This includes instruction, recipes and 3 days of meals and snacks


$700 / pickup only

         This includes 10 days of meals and snacks prepared for you


You can mix and match if you are able to make 1 or 2 of the classes but can’t attend the other/s.
