As part of the GROUP coaching program, you'll get access to:

  • Group chat for 24/7 accountability and support.

  • 1-hour Discovery Session 1:1 with Kristen to assess what you want to achieve, where you are struggling, what to expect from the program, how we will track your progress, and steps to staying on track after the program is complete.

  • Weekly one-hour virtual group calls for Q&As and additional training with Kristen.

Week 1

what to expect

In the Kitchen: Understanding Inflammation

During week 1, you'll get education on inflammation and how it is stripping us of energy, vitality, and longevity. You'll also get to sample prepared whole foods and get an overview and preparation of the upcoming 12-Day Detox. 

Week 1

12-Day Detox: Food Elimination

Weeks 2-3

For weeks 2 and 3, you'll be going through the 12-Day Detox with the support of the group and Kristen herself. You'll have a group cooking class where we'll plan and prepare food for the detox, and you'll be taking home 6 customized meals and a few snacks. 

Week 4

Reintroduction of Foods

During week 4, we'll be reintroducing foods back into your diet. You'll have a group cooking class where you'll come in and cook with Kristen, and you'll leave with recipes, a 7-Day meal plan for the week (2 meals per day), and a full shopping list! You'll also learn to cook one time and creatively repurpose the meal throughout the week.

Cooking, Preparing, and Repurposing

Weeks 5-6

During the last two weeks of the program, you'll have another group cooking class where you'll come in and cook with Kristen, and you'll leave with recipes, a 7-Day meal plan for the week (2 meals per day), and a full shopping list! You'll also learn to cook one time and creatively repurpose the meal throughout the week.
