Buddha Bowl with Peanut Sauce

This Buddha Bowl is the perfect deep dish bowl that includes protein- and fiber-rich ingredients and is both filling and flavorful. Adding a delightful paleo peanut sauce will provide even more taste for your meal. 

Peanut Sauce Recipe:

2 T Avocado Oil
2 T Tamari
2 T Honey
2T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic
1 t Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Inch Fresh Ginger
1/3 Cup of Organic Peanut Butter

Blend in a small processor until smooth!
