about the event
This 2 day immersive camp is designed to help pre-teens and teens become confident, capable cooks. Students will learn practical kitchen skills they can use every day, whether making their own meals, helping at home, or cooking for friends and family.
We’ll cover:
Knife skills and kitchen safety
Cooking techniques like stir fry, whipped cream, and homemade jam
How to read and modify recipes
The basics of nutrition and cooking with whole, high-quality ingredients
Preparing simple, nourishing meals from scratch
This camp empowers kids to take ownership of their food choices while understanding how what they eat impacts their energy, focus, and overall health.
