We're dedicated to inspiring and guiding others on their journey to wellness through cooking classes, thoughtful ingredients and kitchen inspiration.

We are inspired by seasonal produce and believe in creating great tasting dishes that are crafted with mindful, purposeful ingredients. We prioritize finding the best ingredients available.

We don't sugar coat anything, including kitchen chat. We believe in the connection between food and better health and eagerly share knowledge with all newcomers.

Our food is 100% scratch made using the best possible ingredients such as local produce, organic meats, wild-caught fish, non-inflammatory oils, and organic pantry staples.

Our entire menu is free of gluten, additives, and seed oils to help you heal your gut inflammation. Have any food allergies beyond that? Let us know and we can often accommodate.
