Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Grass fed beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (use ground oats or hemp seeds for a gluten free option)
  • 1/3 cup organic ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBL parsley flakes
  • 1 TBL dried minced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (20 minutes for mini balls)
