- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chunked
- 3 TBL organic butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Put the sweet potatoes in a large pot of water.
- Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mash until smooth.
