Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 TBL fish sauce (or anchovy paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 TBL lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBL olive oil 
  • ½ cup olive oil (avocado)

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except for the last ½ cup of oil and blend in a food processor for 20 seconds.  Slowly pour last ½ cup oil in a steady stream into blender while the blender is running.
