Paleo Pecan Apple Crisp

What is better than hot apple pie? Hot apple pie with natural sugars, no processed crust, and ingredients that won't leave you feeling guilty!

Paleo Pecan Apple Crisp 
Ingredients:
6 apples, peeled and sliced
juice of 1 lemon
¾ cup almond meal
¾ cup gluten free oats
½ cup pecans, chopped
3 tsp cinnamon, divided
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter the bottom of an 8X8in pan. Layer the apples in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with the lemon juice and 1 tsp cinnamon. 
2. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly.  Spread the crumble topping on the apples.
3. Bake for 35 mins or until golden brown.
