We all struggle to get a protein-rich, nutrient-dense breakfast.  This egg fritatta is a great, simple recipe to make ahead, and you can put it in the fridge or freezer to heat up quickly throughout the week!  The best thing about this recipe is that it's totally customizable.  Choose the meat and veggies that you love!


I have chosen to eat gluten-free, and I try to feed my kids gluten-free as much as possible.  A lot of the store-bought gluten-free items, though, can be just as processed, artificial, and packed with refined sugar as the non-gluten-free ones!  In this video, we will whip up some freezer waffles for a quick and healthy breakfast you can always have on hand.


One of the best ways to good health is avoiding processed foods.  Many of us eat cereal as a quick, go-to breakfast, but it is FULL of processed, unhealthy ingredients.  To replace our usual cereals, we are going to make a healthy, homemade granola to have on-hand as a quick and convenient breakfast or snack.
